Cooperation, Communication and Conflict Resolution

In one day participants will discover personality type and temperament/core values for themselves and their team members. They will evaluate the composition of the team and whether personalities are over-represented or under-represented and how that effects the team. Team members will learn stress relievers. We’ll look at how each personality manages time and prefers to communicate. We’ll address listening skills, ways to mishandle communication and conflict, and a win/win communication cycle.

How to Get Along with Almost Anyone II

In this one-day seminar, participants will:

  • delve into communication based on personality styles – how to speak so others hear you
  • see how each personality type contributes to decision-making and how faulty decisions are made if one is overlooked
  • look at how each personality manages his/her time and the ramifications on the team
  • pinpoint temperaments and core values for each personality and how that relates to relationships and job satisfaction
  • examine how each personality likes to give and receive appreciation.

How to Get Along with Almost Anyone I

In this one-day seminar, each team member will discover his/her personality type. Participants will explore their own strengths and how they are used or underutilized on the team. We will examine your team’s composition and whether personality types are over-represented or under-represented and how that might effect team dynamics. Each participant will be provided with stress relievers for his/her own personality type. The team as a whole will walk away with an appreciation for individual strengths as well as an understanding of differences among team members, resulting in a more cohesive team.
